Please Note all bookings are made on the basis that you accept that a deposit has to be paid to reserve your accommodation.
Deposits are returnable less an administration charge of £25 if the accommodation can be re-let, or if your cancellation is within 4 weeks of the start of your stay.
In all circumstances we advise that you take insurance to cover this.
